Here is a close up view of the neat elevators at the Memphis Pyramid with a very nice close up view of the counterweights plus elevator coming back down. The Memphis Pyramid is home to America's Tallest Free Standing Elevators. The brand of elevator is ThyssenKrupp and they go up 28 stories which is about 300 feet tall! When you get to the top there is a restaurant that you can eat at and an observation deck that you can walk out on which gives a great view of the city of Memphis and the second largest river in the U.S., the mighty Mississippi River.
